From the time the food from E-Yum arrived to the time I devoured it, it was an experience to simple rejoice. The multiple cuisines and the variety of fragrances the filled me with joy and happiness were immense! Here is my take on E-yum’s food. Go ertsy!
Dishes I tried:
The Indian Platter:
The Veg-Meal had every flavour to it. It was kind of food I wouldn’t mind having everyday because of lightness of the food. It was well prepared and everything was likeable. The best thing about the platter was the Paneer Gravy which absolutely took me by surprise and rather well!
The Italian Attempt:
Bruschetta was absolutely stunning! I have no other words to describe it. The freshness of the bread and that right kind of crispy and steamy was made my day! The balance of the acidity and right kind of basil taste threw me to the moon and back. It was light and refreshing and even though I felt no pain in eating it, I felt pretty full after the whole serving was done with!
The Cannoli was well cooked and presented. The cheese top looked tempting and roll was filled with well mastered toppings inside. It tasted well like a signature Cannoli from a high rated fine-dining restaurant. The cheese may, however, be a little too much, however, once you’d start eating it.
Creamy Pesto Pasta was perfectly creamy and perfectly pesto. Not too bitter, sour or sweet, just the kind of taste you’d expect (or hope for) from a mastered gourmet chef. Being an avid pasta lover, this was one of finest I’ve had. I recommend this strongly!
