I spent last weekend brunch tasting the latest special edition menu at my favourite restaurant in Paris- Vapiano. Here’s an extensive review of the same. Vapiano is an Italian food speciality chain in Europe(from Germany) and is definitely a vegetarian’s dream (I talk about a non-veg main course, though). The food is customized and made right in front you, hygienic and personalised.

I’ve talked about this before on my Instagram account that Vapiano is my favourite restaurant in Paris. The reason is two-fold: the availability of fresh, good tasting vegetarian food that I can see being made right in front of me and the vibe of their decor is so refreshing, relaxing but at the same time rejuvenating & young.
Everything from the wooden decor to the fresh plants on the tables is in perfect harmony. Vapiano takes you to Italy irrespective of where you really are, and by its decore before by the food.
Zuppe ricotta coconut- A creamy squash soup
Very consistent, with a hint of sweetness to tease the tastebuds.
Risotto Quattro Formaggi with roasted hazelnuts (veg): A creamy risotto with a four-cheese sauce: gorgonzola, Italian cheese, burrata, goat cheese with roasted hazelnuts.
Cheezy but light, really good for those who despise spices &/or enjoy the combination of cheeses.
Cannibal Pizza (non-veg): Covered with scamorza, pepperoni, minced meat, peppers, onions and dried tomatoes, on fresh pasta and base with barbecue sauce and mozzarella.
Smokey, with a smooth taste of meat fused with spices.
Cherry delice- Delicious mascarpone cream and Amarena cherries.
Cherry rich version of tiramisu; absolutely delicious and a burst of flavours.
While the dessert was my (unapologetically) favourite part of this brunch, the soup was pleasantly delightful to have. The Risotto was a delicious experience but I’d still take my ever so favourite Pasta at Vapiano over it, any day! In fact, this menu offered 3 more kinds of Pasta, too, but I wanted to try something new and refreshing and the risotto did hit that chord.
Outfit for the brunch scenes:
I’m wearing a V-Neck Pleated Suit Jumpsuit With Buttons from my partner site Shein. The jumpsuit is very chic and high quality. I took a page from my high street fashion styling guide & styled it with a high fashion cape blazer vest & a trendy round buckle belt. For shoes, pair it with moccasins or mules. If you love this jumpsuit as much as I do, buy it from Shein using code: ‘9Aditi’ for an additional 15% off. (Shopping in India? Click here)
