Striped & Worked #ErtsyLookOfTheWeek

Striped & Worked #ErtsyLookOfTheWeek

Hey, Ersty people!Since I have started working now (internship), weekends are what I look forward to resting, writing my blog and just reconnecting with my creative self. So, the weekend that went by was very eventful and rather tiring. Amidst MacBook servicing, some shopping, and other chores, the time went by much faster than expected. However, the most exciting part was the day I decided to let a guy define my style for me. Yes, you read that right! This week, I took a challenge to wear whatever was decided by a guy in ‘Striped & Worked’. Now, this guy is a great friend and my usual photographer, so he does know my style but it was still very risky and very interesting to let him decide my complete outfit.

This week, we travel in style to corporate caverns of Paris in my semi-formal attire, curated by a ‘guy’!

Well, I sure had my share of doubts but the outfit has actually turned out pretty good in reality. Moreover, I enjoyed taking up this challenge in many ways. Like, I got a chance to understand what someone else thinks would look good on me. And, if that wasn’t rewarding enough, I also did a look I had never done for the blog before.

The Outfit:

A Horizontally striped crop-top; boatneck/off-shoulder

A vertically striped, loose-leg trouser

A white lounge/semi-formal coat

White sneakers

Round Eyeglasses

Hair and Make-up:

Messy-twisted low-rise bun

Eye-accentuation using gold and brown eyeshadows

Scarlett red matte lipstick

Without further ado, here’s the look in all its might for you.
